The hotel has a fantastic location just outside of Perugia, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation with outdated furniture and some unpleasant odors. The service was exceptionally friendly, especially the staff who helped us with dining reservations. Dining overall was adequate, with a standout experience on the first day, but could be improved in variety.
